JR Ferguson is the President & CEO of J FERG and all J FERG entities. He works consistently to find solutions and fill various service needs throughout West Texas. JR provides inspired leadership throughout the company while making high-level decisions about policy and strategy. He also develops and implements operational policies and strategic planning. He is responsible for presiding over the entire workforce, managing budgets and ensuring resources are allocated properly. He is also responsible for ensuring that departments meet their individual goals and while owning the responsibility of overall accountability to employees, affiliates, strategic partners and the general public.​
